Framed Glass Pivot Doors

Framed glass pivot doors are the ideal solution for glass office partition walls where acoustic performance is important.

This is perfect for single glazed glass walls that require improved sound insulation, compared with frameless glass doors.

Framed glass pivot doors are also an economic solution for double glazed glass partitions, as they ensure acceptable levels of privacy are maintained without the higher costs associated with double glazed doors.

Each framed glass pivot door consists of a sleek aluminium frame, into which the glass door leaf fits precisely.

This minimalist approach ensures the workspace remains light and spacious. As standard, all of our framed glass pivot doors are the full height of the glass wall, maintaining an elegant appearance.

All framed glass doors are fitted with a self-closing overhead door closer and 300mm ‘D’ style pull handles as a minimum.

Other ironmongery options include 600mm ‘D’ pull handles and various length Manet style handles. All have a satin stainless steel finish.

Accessories such as matching centre lock or corner patch locks can also be selected, tailoring the glass door to your exact requirements.

Alternatively, for improved privacy and security, we also offer a contemporary design lever/latch and lock handle set.

Our framed glass pivot doors are supplied with attractive manifestation.

This is required to comply with Part K & M of the Building Regulations, although our doors can be specified without manifestation if you want to arrange your own.

Window film graphics, as they are also known, are perfect for identifying meeting rooms or other areas of an office.

The use of colour, graphical icons or inclusion of text in the frosted window film can provide attractive definition of any space.

This is only limited by your imagination and can complement other aspects of the interior design.

How we work

  • 1. Plan your design

If you don’t have a layout drawing, make a simple plan sketch of the partitioning you would like, making a note of the dimensions including height(s).

  • 2. Break into simple blocks

Use our complex design guide shown and consider how your plan may be broken down into more simple layouts. Most designs can be ‘built’ using the wide variety of layout options we offer.

  • 3. Use the quote calculator

Enter details of the simplified layouts into our online calculator and add each one to the basket to get an overall estimate. When completed, fill in your details and send it to us.

  • 4. Review our quotation

We will use your information to create an accurate estimate. This can be lower than the online price as duplication is removed. We send you a simple layout drawing to visualise what we are offering. If all is OK, just contact us to place an order and arrange a professional survey.

  • 5. Need help? Give us a call
